Michelle is a dedicated Hoag Hospital employee since 2007 and has worked as a nurse in Orange County for more than 25 years. As the Clinical Nurse Manager, Michelle provides clinical and operational oversight for the detox unit.

The detox unit is the recipient of “The Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience” from Press-Ganey for 2020 and 2021. The detox unit is also a recipient of “The Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Patient Experience” from Press Ganey for 2021.

Michelle leads a team of highly dedicated professionals that are invested in improving patient outcomes and experiences. The team is grateful to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for patients in their recovery process, and to start the healing of their body and spirit.
