Accomplishments

The department launched several multi-channel campaigns, including open enrollment, a San Clemente teaser, and World of Excellence. These spanned digital, out-of-home, print, and experiential activations, all reinforcing a unified brand message across patient segments.

The team successfully executed high-profile events, including USOS, runDisney, WSL Finals, OCSC Title Night, Flu Shot Clinics, Commercial Broker Event, and numerous community activations and projects related to the San Clemente opening, all of which contributed to the growth and enhancement of brand presence.

The department developed and executed multichannel support around 30,000th robotic assisted surgery milestone, histotripsy, Dr. Chang onboarding and more.

The robotics milestone was achieved across multiple institutes, and marketing worked quickly and collaboratively to promote this, including gathering physicians, staff and the robots themselves for a group photo that was leveraged across multiple channels.

Marketing promotion of the histotripsy procedure led to 65 contact form submissions.
