Virtual Physical Therapy vendor, IncludeHealth, will deliver an overview of the company’s offering, including a live technology demonstration and a presentation of their impactful outcomes achieved with Hoag patients over the past year.
Our Quality Improvement team will review HEDIS measures guidelines with a focus on best practices to start Measurement Year 2025. We will also share strategies for improving measure performance and review proper documentation and use of CPT II codes to close quality care gaps.
