Anna began her work in the fitness industry in 2012 as an aspiring fitness professional. She underwent over 500 hours of internships and an inconceivable amount of time in studying, coursework, and engaging with other professionals in the field for both her graduate and undergraduate careers. She actively participates in continuing education through workshops and trainings to broaden her ability to help more people. She is currently on a path to being certified through Balanced Body for Pilates.

Anna believes the best way to get to your goal, whether it be in health and wellness, or life in general, is to make sure that you love and enjoy what you do. Anna is well equipped with knowledge in the creation of periodized programs that cater to a person’s goals and needs. Whether it be from fall prevention and balance to strength and conditioning or in a recovery process, she is motivated to get each client to where they want to be while fully incorporating what clients are most passionate about. She has experience in working with school-aged individuals to the older adult population.

In her off time, Anna loves spending time with her family. Often times they are baking, cooking, or finding the next food adventure. Anna also loves to spend her time staying active through workouts or outdoor sports such as snowboarding and paddle boarding.
