Sara Mehdizadegan, D.C., L.Ac., is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic and a licensed Acupuncturist with over 13 years of specialized experience in fertility, women’s health, pain management, and sports injury rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, followed by her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Southern California University of Health Sciences, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Summa Cum Laude, respectively.

Sara is dedicated to restoring balance in the body through a comprehensive approach that combines nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and biomechanics. She integrates both Western and Eastern medical techniques to address the mind, body, and soul in her treatments.

Her extensive experience includes working with multidisciplinary teams to utilize acupuncture, dry needling, and cupping for managing sports injuries, infertility, pain, mental health issues, and supporting patients through postpartum and reproductive treatments, including IVF and IUI.

Outside of her professional practice,
Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing beach volleyball with her husband, biking, traveling, and staying active.
