Montana Dunn, PT, DPT
Montana’s academic journey began at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a degree in Biology and concurrently served as a student athletic trainer for the men’s baseball and women’s water polo teams. This dual exposure ignited her passion for physical therapy, propelling her to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at California State University, Long Beach.
During her internship at the Hoag Pelvic Health Program, Montana cultivated a profound interest in the specialty field of pelvic physical therapy. This experience served as a pivotal juncture, enabling her to refine her skills and acquire the knowledge essential for treating this population. She became dedicated to raising awareness about pelvic floor diagnoses and ensuring that patients are equipped with the insight and resources to help support a lively and fulfilling life. In her practice, Montana is committed to a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care, working seamlessly with doctors, nutritionists, chiropractors, nurses, and other professionals. While she has a particular interest in vulvovaginal pain and bowel dysfunctions, Montana sees a diverse range of conditions spanning both male and female pelvic diagnoses.
Having relocated from the Bay Area eight years ago, Montana has fully embraced a Southern California lifestyle. Beyond her clinical role, she finds joy in trying out new restaurants, uncovering the charm of different cities, and maintaining an active lifestyle through weight training and scuba diving.
