Christina D. Schwindt, MD

Dr. Schwindt is a board-certified allergy & immunology physician who sees pediatric and adult patients for her specialty. Dr. Schwindt’s expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of asthma, environmental and
food allergies, eczema, and primary immunodeficiencies.

She has been practicing allergy and immunology medicine for over 20 years with a diverse background in clinical medicine, academic research, and medical missionary work.

Dr. Schwindt has always wanted to become a physician to help others. “I love interacting with my patients and empowering them with knowledge and medical care options to create the best care plan for them,” expressed

Dr. Schwindt received her medical training at the St. Louis University School of Medicine and received her internship, residency and fellowship training at the St. Louis University Group of Hospitals. She has also been involved with many research projects that focused on understanding the environmental factors that may influence the increase in asthma.

“Having allergies can seriously impact the quality of life for patients, from having nasal allergies that make you feel like you have a cold every day to life threatening food allergies,” explained Dr. Schwindt, “controlling and managing these disease states can significantly improve health, wellbeing, and how one lives their life.”
