Diane Grothjan, RN, BSN, PHN, MPA

Diane is a Registered Nurse with both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.  Diane is certified as a Public Health Nurse, Grief Recovery Method Specialist, and Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor.  She has extensive experience in cardiology, trauma, managed care, compliance, and community and staff training. She currently volunteers in both Church & Support Groups focusing on Military Outreach, Grief, and substance use disorders.  Her career & life experience, combined with the love for serving those in need makes her role as a Faith Community Nurse a perfect fit.  Diane earned a BSN from Eastern Michigan University and her MPA  from the University of San Francisco.
