The transition from adolescence to adulthood is one of the most crucial stages of life and can have a lasting impact on an individual’s long-term well-being. Our team of licensed experts has designed a program to help young adults, ages 18-26, navigate the many challenges of this developmental stage.

Program Summary

Participants will learn the coping skills necessary to navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood. Those skills include emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal communication skills, and mindfulness, which they will learn to apply in their day-to-day lives.


Program details:
  • Young adults 18-26 years old
  • 8-week outpatient program; skills-based curriculum
  • Small group setting (10 max.)
  • 3 days a week for 3 hours from 10:30am to 1:30pm, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Concerns may include:
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Mood dysregulation
  • Lack of confidence or social skills
  • History of Self-injurious behaviors
  • Grief and loss
  • Trauma
  • OCD
  • PTSD
  • Other symptoms relating to a mental health issue
Medication compliance is essential for program admission. Refusal to take prescribed medication will result in denial of admission or discharge.
